General

1.1 The “Sinimed” website, www.sinimed.co.il (hereinafter “the Site”), is a page for the public of internet users. The Site is owned by Keren Zlicha, O.M. 032393795, contact details 050-6885413. This Site contains many articles for the service of the public and the community of Chinese medicine practitioners. This site sells products such as courses and workshops for Chinese medicine practitioners.
1.2 Anyone performing and/or interested in performing an action on the Site (hereinafter “Participant”) declares and undertakes that they are aware of the Site’s regulations and agree to its provisions, and that they and/or anyone on their behalf will have no claim and/or demand, directly and/or indirectly, against the Site owners and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf. An action on the site means any act of purchasing a product offered on the Site.

Terms of Use

2.1 Any person who is a resident of the State of Israel, 18 years of age or older, who holds a valid Israeli credit card, except for American Express and Diners, and who has an email address, may perform actions on the site. Without derogating from the above, a precondition for approving an action is that the card clearing and transfer of funds will be performed by Leumi Card Ltd. and in accordance with information security rules.

Access to Course Materials

Access for viewing depends on the type of course or workshop you purchased. Here are the details:
3.1 Participation in the “Comprehensive Course in Fertility and IVF in Chinese Medicine” (containing nine lessons) grants you access to all the materials on the site to which you registered for a period of 24 months.
3.2 Participation in the “Focused Course on Integrative Chinese Medicine for IVF” (containing four lessons) grants you access to all the materials on the site to which you registered for a period of 12 months.
3.3 Participation in a single workshop or a single lesson grants you access to all the materials on the site to which you registered for a period of 6 months.
3.4 The PDF files (presentations and practice sheets) can be downloaded and saved without limitation.
3.5 The password you received is personal and non-transferable. You can log in to the site from any computer, tablet, or smartphone connected to the internet. However, connection will be possible from up to two IP addresses per day.

Copyright

4.1 These courses or workshops may not be duplicated, copied, distributed, publicly displayed, stored, or sold.
4.2 Purchasing the course or workshop allows you to watch the content through the Sinimed site only, for a defined and fixed period as detailed in section 3. The authorization is granted to you as a license for viewing only and is not sold for private use.
4.3 The Sinimed site is the sole owner of all content of this course (including any visual, verbal, audio content, or any combination thereof such as: image, video, diagram, illustration). Permission is granted to download the presentation files (PDF) for personal study and not for commercial use.
4.4 The content of the course, workshops, and/or presentations may not be copied, transferred, or distributed to another person. The Sinimed site has the legal authority to allow or prevent the user from continuing to view the content due to legal issues if they arise or due to a violation of the terms of use.
4.5 In the event of a violation or infringement of use, the “Sinimed” site reserves the right to take legal action against the user.

Liability

5.5 The service offered for purchase is provided “As Is.” The Sinimed site is an information site only and will not be held responsible for the suitability of the service to the user’s needs.
5.6 Although we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the service, please do not assume that the site is completely accurate or error-free. The “Sinimed” site and/or anyone on its behalf will not be held responsible for errors or mistakes in the material presented in the service. Likewise, the “Sinimed” site and/or anyone on its behalf will not be held responsible for changes made to the material presented in the service by the user or by any third party.

6.1 This course, the workshops, and the presentations contain general information on Western and Chinese medicine. This information does not constitute a recommendation for treatment and should not be treated as such.
6.2 Everything said within this course is not a substitute for medical consultation or treatment by a qualified physician.
6.3 For the avoidance of doubt, if you suffer from or encounter any medical problem, you must seek medical attention promptly and not rely on information from this website.

Information Security

7.1 The Sinimed site places great importance on the safety and protection of its customers and therefore makes great efforts to protect customer data and their personal details, with great emphasis on various aspects of information security. Communication networks as well as websites are exposed to attacks and hacking attempts by various parties. It is important for you to know that the information cannot be guaranteed completely and security breaches and intrusions into the information may occur.
7.2 The Sinimed site does not undertake that the services and information on the site and on the third-party servers that store the data for the Sinimed site will be completely immune from hacking and/or intrusion into the information stored on them.
7.3 By the mere act of browsing the site and/or entering details, you release the Sinimed site from responsibility for any damage caused to you and/or anyone on your behalf due to attacks, hacking attempts, and intrusions into the information as mentioned, and waive any claim against the “Sinimed” site and/or anyone on its behalf in this regard.

The Service

8.1 Some of the services on the Sinimed site require registration. As part of the registration, you will be required to provide personal information, such as your name, address, your contact methods, and your email address. The fields that must be filled in will be explicitly marked. Not providing the required data in the mandatory fields means that you will not be able to register for the services that require registration, and hence you will not be able to enjoy these services offered by the site.

Cancellation Policy

9.1 Anyone purchasing a product on the site may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 (hereinafter: “the Consumer Protection Law”).
9.2 Cancellation of a recorded course purchase: A recorded course purchase can be canceled only if the buyer has not yet watched the course or part of it. Watching two units from a lesson will be considered a final agreement to the purchase of the course/workshop with no possibility of a refund.
9.3 In the case of cancellation of a transaction for the purchase of digital courses or workshops: the cancellation period is within fourteen days from the date of the transaction.
9.4 Cancellation of a transaction will be done in writing via email to the address [email protected].
9.5 In the event of a cancellation, if the transaction was made by credit card, the Sinimed site will forward the cancellation instruction to the credit card company within 14 days. The time it takes for the credit card company to credit the customer depends on the credit card company.

Additional Terms

10.1 The use of this site, including all its content and the services offered on it, downloads of files, media such as images and videos, and the various content offered to visitors, may change from time to time or according to the type of content.
10.2 The site management reserves the right to update the terms of use presented below from time to time and without prior notice or special mention in the site’s various channels.
10.3 The company reserves the right to close the site and cancel the sale at its discretion.
10.4 When you use the site and in the event that any dispute arises, you agree that the above is under the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli law, using only the Israeli court system in the Tel Aviv district.
