33-10 Master’s Tung’s Dao ma 33.01 ( Qi Men 其门 ) + 33.02 (Qi Jiao 其角) + 33.03 ( Qi Zheng 其正)
These points are indicated for hemorrhoids (pain & bleeding), diarrhea, irregular menstruation, vaginal discharge, dysmenorrhea, fibroids, frequent urination, cystitis.
These points are located near the Luo point Li 6 and the Xi cleft Li 7 of the hand Yang Ming channel, therefore this Dao ma can treat congealed blood and Qi stagnation in the lower jiao causing hemorroids. In the system of Branching & connecting channel correspondence ( Zang Fu Bie Tong) , The Large intestine can balance Liver meridian, therefore it can be used for irregular menstruation, fibroids and leucorrhea.
Location: on the Yang Ming Li channel, 2,4,6 Cun proximal to Li5. On the line connecting Li 5 and Li 11.
Needling: At 15 angle from radial to ulnar up to 1.5 cun in depth. I have good results needling from proximal to distal (opposite to meridian flow) as shown in the picture, 2-5 fen in depth. I know some teachers needle these points along the asix of the forearm following the flow of the Large intestine meridian.
